Most common mistakes in English

 Past simple Tense:

EX-1: I did not went to college(Wrong).
The correct usage of this sentence is "I did not go to college(Right)".

Because according to the grammar rules there must be a verb that is V1 but not V2 form...

Present perfect tense:

Ex-2: I have not gone yesterday(Wrong).
The correct usage of this sentence is " I have not gone"(right).

Because according to the grammar rules. So don't use yesterday word when you use this tense. But if you want to say about yesterday activity , you must say " I went yesterday(Simple past tense)"...Like this you have to just remember...

Sentences:

*Ex-1: I have to went (or) I have to gone(Wrong).

The correct usage is " I have to go(right)".

Because we don't have to use any other verb form except V1 form(go). So you can say "I have to read", I have to learn", "I have to study" like that...

*Ex-2: I am married with a doctor(wrong).

The correct usage is " I am married to a doctor(right).

Because  it happens wrong  when we translate a sentence into English language but we must say " I am married to a doctor".

*Ex-3: I am angry on you(wrong).

The correct usage is " I am angry with you(right). We make mistake by translating. So sometimes translating will be wrong.

Ex-4: I look forward to meet you (Wrong).

I look forward to meeting you (right). Just remember it, "look forward to" is a phrasal verb must be followed by Gerund like meeting.

Ex-5: She died with cancer(wrong).

           She died of cancer(right).

Because when we are talking about death and diseases  we must say " She died of cancer( disease name).

Ex-6: How is you(wrong).         How are you(right).

Because "You" can be used either singular or plural but grammatically it is always plural.
