4).Active and Passive Voice( verb is V3 only); Many English native speakers use more Active voice only. 

5).Direct and Indirect Speech( get an Idea about it) 

6).Modal verbs( 1.Can/could, 2.May/might, 3.Shall/should, 4).Must/have to, 5.Will/would) (by using these words we need to make negative and positive sentences). 

7).If clause(Zero, 1st, 2nd, 3rd conditionals), 

8).question Tags, 

9)."Used to" word for past habitual actions and also present habitual actions. 

10)."Going to", "Have to", "Need to" , "Want to"( with these we need to make negative sentences as well as positive sentences), 

11).Gerund and Present Participles. 

12).When, once, until (till or til), as soon as, as long as, by the time, after, before, as, since, for,---- learn about " let's(let us), let, lets (without apostrophe for he, she, it)"----. 

            
                Then learn meanings of the words which are used in real Life like vegetables, fruits, animals, birds(names). And the final step is that collect only one sentence from each of the tenses and repeat it again and again.
